Due to applicable federal and program-specific regulations, MVP Therapy is unable to provide physical therapy services or enroll patients who are covered by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or TRICARE.
If you are enrolled in one of these programs, you are not eligible to receive physical therapy services or enroll in an MVP Membership.

Yes. Members have direct access to Chad and can expect a response within 24 business hours. Messaging does not replace an in-person evaluation when one is clinically necessary.
No. The membership is not a package of prepaid visits. It provides ongoing membership benefits and preferred pricing whenever you need care.
Members may cancel their membership at any time. To prevent the next month's membership charge, cancellation must be received by MVP Therapy at least 24 hours before the beginning of the next calendar month.
