No. Under federal law, physical therapists cannot treat Medicare beneficiaries for covered services unless they are enrolled as Medicare providers. Because MVP Therapy is not enrolled with Medicare, we are legally prohibited from providing physical therapy services to Medicare patients—even if you want to pay cash.
Medicare rules do not allow a cash‑pay option for services that would normally be covered.
